Flooring, cabinets, decks, fences and clean-outs across Central Florida. We measure the room that's actually there, test what's under it, and quote in person.
209 Genoa Ct, Kissimmee. Dated oak cabinets over carpet ripped back to bare subfloor. Rebuilt top to bottom, then listed — and it sold in 24 hours.
One crew, one standard, and the transitions done properly — those are where a remodel usually gives itself away.
Tile, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and hardwood. Subfloor tested for moisture and flatness before anything is priced or laid.
Kitchen and bath cabinetry built to fit the room that's actually there, not ordered to a catalogue and shimmed to suit.
Deck-over-slab, composite and post-tension, plus pergolas. Built for Florida sun and Florida rain.
Wood, vinyl and aluminium. Set properly so gates still close square in year three.
Full property clear-outs and haul-away — including estates, rentals and pre-listing turnarounds.
Getting a house sale-ready on a deadline, coordinated with the agent so the work lands before photo day.
Most flooring quotes go wrong in the same three places. Ours answer them before you sign.
In person, at the property. A number given over the phone is a guess, and the guess is always corrected later — usually upward, usually mid-job.
Florida slabs hold more moisture than people expect, and out-of-level telegraphs straight through a new floor. We check both before pricing.
Is subfloor prep in the number or "if needed"? Who moves the furniture and puts it back? What happens to the old flooring? A quote that answers those is a real quote.
Tell us what the room is and we'll come and look. If you have a photo of the space, bring it to the visit — it helps, but it doesn't replace measuring.
No — and that's deliberate. Two rooms of the same size can differ by thousands once the subfloor is checked. We'd rather give you one accurate number in person than a cheap one now and a correction later.
Ask any quote you're comparing this question. Ours says explicitly who moves it and who puts it back, so it isn't a surprise line item on the day.
Removal and disposal are a real cost with real weight. If they aren't written into a quote, they're coming later. Ours includes the haul-away.
Flooring has to reach the temperature and humidity of the room it will live in before it goes down. Skipping acclimation is why boards gap in month three.
